The journey begins with a discovery call to get an idea of how we can work together to find the maximum potential of your holiday rental or Airbnb and deliver a functional and aesthetic space.
We set 30 minutes to discuss your needs and get to know each other to discuss how best to approach your goals.
Your 30-minute discovery call is COMPLIMENTARY
Following the discovery call, you can book an onsite inspection that lasts up to 90 minutes. The onsite inspection is $250 within Sydney metro area. Outside Sydney metro POA. Alternatively, you may use our online service depending on the scope.
During the consultation, we review the site, measure up and discuss your desires and requirements. At this point, we welcome any questions or thoughts that help support your project moving forward. This is the all-important first step to being able to scope and quote the project.
Following the meeting (within one week), you will receive a detailed quote with design fees and estimated product spend.
Once you have engaged INTERIORS by Laura, we will go through your vision and ideas and commence work on your project.
We will present you with mood boards consisting of images, materials, furniture, and color scheme, including scaled floor plans in 2D & 3D, plus real examples of products and appliances, kitchenware, and linen - everything you need for your Airbnb.
We will discuss the plan for each room and note your feedback. After up to 3 revisions, we will work collaboratively to modify and fine-tune the concept for your approval.
Once the concept is approved, we will start working on sourcing the items. You will receive an all-in-depth finishes schedule containing selections made during the design process, including links to suppliers, product images, and details. You can either self-manage the ordering and delivery process or appoint INTERIORS By Laura to manage this for you.
This is where the fun begins, and we bring your vision to life. You can appoint INTERIORS By Laura for final styling and furniture placement (Sydney metro) to prepare it for the photographs, or you can choose to DIY using the style guide provided.
