We come out to your property for a relaxed walk‑through where we get to know your space up close, the layout, the light, the natural flow, and we take any measurements we need. We pay attention to all the little details that make your home uniquely yours, so the vision we create feels natural, intentional, and completely tailored to you.

And don’t worry, this visit is 100% obligation‑free. So go on… get in touch and let’s chat about what your space could become. After the site visit you will receive a detailed proposal within 24 hours.

To lock everything in and secure your installation date, we just need your quote approved and payment completed. If you’re opting for the Elepay ‘Stage Now, Pay Later’ option, then good news, no upfront payment is needed. Once that’s sorted, your booking is locked, loaded, and we’re officially rolling!

Installation day is when your transformation truly comes to life. Our team takes care of everything, styling, setting up, art hanging, perfecting every detail to create a beautifully curated space that feels instantly elevated. We’ll need access to the property on the day, but you don’t need to stay while we work our magic. Installation can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a full day, depending on the scale and scope of your project.

Once you’ve celebrated the sale of your property, we’ll be in touch to arrange removal.
